am i ?

Hi, I’m Samuel — a private chef with a love for cooking that started in my grandma’s kitchen.

She taught me to trust my instincts and cook from the heart, and I’ve carried that with me through some of the UK’s top kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and The Pony & Trap, training under chefs like Raymond Blanc and Josh Eggleton.

Whether it’s a relaxed sharing menu or a more refined dinner, I care deeply about flavour, freshness, and creating food that brings people together. I like to chat with every client before a booking so I can tailor the menu to the vibe of the night — no copy-paste menus here. If you’re after food with soul and a chef who gets it, I’d love to cook for you.
