Before Booking
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: As soon as you have a date in mind! We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and holidays. Short-notice enquiries are welcome—if we're free, we’ll make it happen.
Q: How do I book a private dining experience?
A: Simply fill out the enquiry form or drop us an email with your event details (date, location, number of guests). We’ll follow up with a custom quote and menu options.
Q: Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
A: Absolutely. We cater to all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Just let us know in advance so we can tailor the menu accordingly.
Q: What locations do you cover?
A: We’re based in South West, but happy to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance—just get in touch for a quote.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does private dining cost?
A: Pricing depends on the number of guests, menu choice, and travel. As a guide, our 3-course menus typically start from £45 a head. A detailed quote is provided upfront—no hidden fees.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a 25–50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due3 days before your event.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable due to prep and scheduling costs.
Extras & Add-ons
Q: Can you pair wines or bring drinks?
A: While we don’t supply alcohol, we’re happy to recommend wine pairings or work with your selections. We can also arrange non-alcoholic drinks on request.
Q: Do you provide waitstaff?
A:Yes—I always bring a second person with me to assist with service, clearing, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This ensures you can fully relax and enjoy your evening without lifting a finger.
For larger or more formal events, we may bring additional staff if needed, and this will always be included in your quote.
Q: Can I book for birthdays, hen dos, or events?
A: Definitely. We cater for all kinds of celebrations—birthdays, anniversaries, intimate weddings, business dinners, and more.
If you have any questions that haven’t been answered here, please don’t hesitate to give me a call — I’m always happy to chat through the details.

Menu & Food
Q: Can I choose my own menu?
A: Yes! All menus are bespoke. We’ll suggest seasonal dishes based on your preferences and create a custom menu that fits the occasion.
Q: How many courses do you offer?
A: Most of our experiences are 3–5 courses, but we can do anything from canapés to 8-course tasting menus. We’ll work with you to build something that suits your event and budget.
Q: Do you offer kids' or simpler options?
A: Yes, we’re happy to provide child-friendly or simplified dishes for younger guests. Just let us know in advance.
Q: Is everything cooked fresh on-site?
A: Yes—wherever possible, all dishes are prepared fresh in your kitchen. Some elements may be prepped beforehand to ensure smooth service.
On the Day
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: Just a working kitchen and enough plates, cutlery, and glasses for your guests. We’ll bring all the ingredients, cooking equipment, and anything else we need.
Q: How long will you be at the venue?
A: We typically arrive 2-3 hours before service and clean down afterward. Most events run 4–5 hours in total, but it depends on the menu and pace of service.
Q: Will you clean up afterwards?
A: Yes! We always leave your kitchen as we found it—spotless. You won’t have to lift a finger.
Q: Can I make changes on the day?
A: Minor changes can sometimes be accommodated, but major requests are best made in advance so we can plan and shop accordingly.
